Under the Companies Act, 1994. The Bank started its commercial operation on July 05, 1995. The total equity (capital and reserves) of the Bank as on December 31, 2017 stood at Tk. 15,828 million. As on December 2017, the Bank has 100 Branches including 2 Islamic Banking Branches, 3 SME Service Centres, 56 ATMs, 20 ADMs, 2 Offshore Banking Units, 1 Kiosk and 6 Branches under Dhaka Bank Securities Limited across the country and a wide network of correspondents all over the world.
